I was lucky to be born with strong creative genes from both sides of the family, and parents that gave me plenty of early opportunities to put them to use.

Growing up in a family-owned, custom sportswear business in Niagara Falls, NY meant being surrounded by t-shirt boxes, silkscreens, tackle twill, nascent design ideas scribbled on napkins, and a customer-first, DIY attitude. That exposure helped fund my college expenses (I designed and sold t-shirts), but more importantly, inspired me to move to New York City and pursue a career in which I could put my "inheritance" to use.

I've spent a better part of the last twenty years designing and developing software, marketing, and branding solutions for the finance, advertising, CPG, retail, government, and not-for-profit industries. I also manage to do some fun stuff for myself and friends on the side, all the while dreaming of sitting behind the counter of my own wine/cheese/meatball shop.

After 18 years in NYC, I now live in Buffalo, New York with my wife and two daughters.
